Heads of state gather at the UN to sign the accord, three at CTU make a final effort to expose a conspiracy, Logan and Pillar tie up loose ends, and justice may elude Jack.

The Russian Federation President arrives to sign the accord, Jack wants justice, Logan stays in pursuit, Dalia has a realization, and President Taylor rattles her sabers. Chloe tests her mettle.

While delegates review the peace agreement, Jack searches for evidence of Russian involvement in the day’s tragedies, covered up at the highest levels. Ex-President Logan is desperate to neutralize Jack.

While the media interview the peace delegates, Jack and Cole have gone rogue to rescue a traitor being tortured by off-the-grid operatives; Logan gets President Taylor to approve putting his aide in charge of the manhunt.
24 - Season 8 Episode 19 - Day 8: 10:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m.
In his comandeered helicopter, Jack is ordered by Air Force choppers to turn around and return to CTU. Instead he lands on a seemingly random building (with heliport markings on the roof) and takes off on foot.

Open with Jack receiving medical attention for the gunshots he took. Though he’s on the verge of a collapsed lung he refuses and more care. Walker tells him the rods are definitely in Manhattan, but they can’t be too far behind.

As the imminent terror threat nears and CTU copes with the day’s explosive events, the onerous NSA intervenes. Conditions at CTU remain tenuous and field operatives find intense action when Jack Bauer leads them on a risky mission. Meanwhile, Chloe and Dana make game-changing moves.
24 - Season 8 Episode 12 - Day 8: 3:00 a.m.-4:00 a.m.
Open with Hastings briefing the team about Faroush and Kayla being held-up in the hotel room. Faroush is currently CTU’s only lead on the terrorist plot.
Cut to Kayla continuing to buy time from the bathroom. While she works on the window, Faroush gets a call from Samir who tells him about Marcos talking to CTU. [...]

Open with Marcos working on his explosive vest inside the chamber. Outside Jack is told is it too dangerous to blow the door. If it does go off, it will not pose a threat to anyone outside. Once Marcos resets three more circuits he will be able to explode the device at will.
